The Tab Junior Band is actually two seperate groups. Beginning students are taught in a small group setting by experienced teachers. Those who have reaced a more intermediate level play together as a small band with the aim of helping each other improve and audition for the Youth Band.

A goal is adding individualized instruction for all students when enough teachers can be recruited.
