Majors Ronald and Keilah Toy
Corps Officers

Majors Ronald and Keilah Toy have been Corps Officers (Pastors) at the Pasadena Tabernacle since July of 2008 and Salvation Army officers since 1989.

Their first appointment was the Oceanside Corps in the San Diego area for two years. In 1991, they were appointed Corps Officers of the San Francisco Asian-American Yerba Buena Corps.

Ron is a passionate worship leader and has served in different capacities outside of his regular ministries in the corps. Among these are the National Seminar of Evangelism Staff at Glen Eyrie, Colorado, the Territorial Cross Cultural Committee, and service on mission teams to Hong Kong and South America. Before becoming an officer, Ron worked primarily as a professional photographer. His hobbies and interests include knotting, gadgets and traveling.

Keilah is a published writer and has been invited to speak at many Salvation Army seminars and events across the nation. She worked in management for Wells Fargo before becoming an officer. Her hobbies and interests include reading, movies and traveling.

Married in 1981, Ron and Keilah have three sons. Chris is 24 and works at The Salvation Army Western Territorial Headquarters as the Web Content Specialist for the Youth Department. Brandon is 22 and has earned a degree in Motion Picture Editing and is pursuing additional studies in Music Production. Loren, 19, is entering the United States Navy in September of 2008.
