Notice for Applicants
The following is required to determine assistance eligibility:
- Photo ID (each) adult in the household
- Proof of local residency (one of the following: gas, light, phone, cable bill or a rent receipt)
- Provide statement of income (pay stub, welfare stub or SS print out)
Each family living in the following service areas may receive food every 90 days and must bring this information each time food is requested.
Service areas include:
- Altadena
- Arcadia
- Pasadena
- Sierra Madre
- South Pasadena
